Dr. Rhesha Smith is a publisher, international author, executive producer, strategist and media revolutionary dedicated to helping leaders, visionaries, and public figures build their own publishing brands through Communitiy Publishing. As the founder of Your Voice Publishing, she provides publishing solutions that empower individuals and organizations to establish and grow their own publishing companies—without the burden of managing backend operations.

With a degree in Public Relations from the University of Alabama, Dr. Smith began her career as one of the few Barnes & Noble Community Relations Managers in Alabama, working closely with schools, universities, and corporate partners to deliver books and professional development resources. This early work in literary and community engagement laid the foundation for her path into publishing entrepreneurship.

Dr. Smith later earned her PhD in Business and Leadership from Providence University in Killeen, Texas, in recognition of her work as a serial entrepreneur and leader in business. After successfully operating a design firm specializing in memorial programs and video tributes, she transitioned fully into publishing, bringing with her deep expertise in branding, storytelling, and production management.

Through Your Voice Publishing, Dr. Smith helps thought leaders, visionaries, and entrepreneurs build thriving publishing businesses. Her Community Publishing model enables clients to launch and scale their own publishing houses through a streamlined, done-for-you approach to book production, distribution, and branding.
